Foo Fighters launch London pub The Foo Fighters Arms
Foo Fighters have announced they’re opening a pub in London for one week only.
After an invite-only launch party on Thursday (14th September), The Foo Fighters Arms will open its doors to the public on Friday to celebrate the release of Foo Fighters’ ninth studio album ‘Concrete & Gold’ that day.
The pub – essentially a rebrand of the existing boozer The Dundee Arms at 339 Cambridge Heath Road in Bethnal Green - will be selling exclusive merchandise throughout the week and will host a Foo Fighters themed quiz next Monday before it closes on Wednesday (20th September).
Unveiling the pub on foofightersarms.com, the band wrote: “Foo Fighters are proud to announce the opening of the Foo Fighters Arms in London for one week only.
“Doors will open to the public on 15th September to celebrate the release of their new album Concrete and Gold and will host a series of events for both fans and the general public.
“There’ll be Foo Fighters beers and exclusive merchandise on sale throughout the week. Keep an eye on the band’s social media channels to find out more.”

Featuring the tracks ‘Run’, ‘The Sky Is A Neighbourhood’ and 'The Line', Foo Fighters’ ninth studio album ‘Concrete & Gold’ is released on Friday 15th September.
After months of guessing, last week Dave Grohl revealed that the mystery ‘biggest pop star in the world’ performing on the record is Justin Timberlake.
Timberlake performs backing vocals on the album closer and title track alongside Shawn Stockman of nineties R&B group Boyz II Men.
Starkly juxtaposing the musical output of the two guest stars, Dave says the song ‘Concrete & Gold’ “sounds like if (Black) Sabbath and Pink Floyd made (music together).”
Dave’s good mate and ‘Cut Me Some Slack’ collaborator Sir Paul McCartney also performs drums on an album track.
The track-listing is as follows:
1) T-Shirt
2) Run
3) Make It Right
4) The Sky Is A Neighbourhood
5) La Dee Da
6) Dirty Water
7) Arrows
8) Happy Ever After (Zero Hour)
9) Sunday Rain
10) The Line
11) Concrete and Gold
