Foo Fighters Announce UK Dates

Two big shows scheduled for next summer

The Foo Fighters have announced two huge gigs at the Milton Keynes Bowl next summer.

The band will play at the venue on 2-3 July and will be supported on both dates by Biff Clyro, while Death Cab For Cutie and Tame Impala will open on July 2 and Jimmy Eat World and The Hot Rats will support on July 3.

The band have not played a UK show since their triumphant Wembley Stadium shows in the summer of 2008. Grohl spent most of last year on tour with Them Crooked Vultures.

They are due to release a brand new studio album early next year – the follow up to 2007’s Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace. They have been recording the as yet untitled album in Dave Grohl’s garage for the past couple of months, and they’ve recently relaunched their official website along that theme.

Tickets for the UK shows go on sale on November 5 at 9am.
