Thunder fans are being given the unique opportunity to go for a curry with frontman Danny Bowes and guitarist Luke Morley.

The Heavy Metal Truants, co-founded by Iron Maiden manager Rod Smallwood and Alexander Milas, are hosting their third charity Heavy Metal Curry night at The Chapati Club in Acton, London on Tuesday 19th November 2019.

Tickets to Heavy Metal Curry III: Love Walked Indian cost £100 and include a three-course meal and a meet-and-greet with Luke and Planet Rock’s very own Danny.

Open to over 21’s only, the event takes place from 6.30pm until 11pm and there will also be a silent auction on the night.

As with all Heavy Metal Truants events, proceeds will go directly to three childrens’ charities – Nordoff Robbins, Teenage Cancer Trust and Childline.

The puntastic Heavy Metal Truants write: “We’re proud to present a Bhaji Symphony in support of Nordoff Robbins, Teenage Cancer Trust & Childline.

“It's dhal happening at The Chapati Club in Acton on Tuesday 19th November from 6.30pm onwards. £100 will get you A Better Naan and a three-course meal sure to put you in a food khorma. Includes meet and greet with naan other Danny Bowes and ghee-tar legend Luke Morley from Thunder! There will also be a small auction of money-can't-bhuna items on the night all to benefit great causes.

The inaugural Heavy Metal Curry night in October 2018 featured guest of honour Biff Byford of Saxon fame, while Thin Lizzy and Black Star Riders' Scott Gorham appeared at Heavy Metal Curry II in May 2019.
