Faith No More To Release New Album In 2015
The record will be the band's first in 18 years.
Faith No More have announced that they will release their seventh studio album in April 2015.
The record will be produced by bassist Bill Gould and released via the band's own label Reclamation Records.
Speaking about the decision to self-release, Gould told Rolling Stone:
"The name has to do with the fact that we realized we were free from our recording obligations. We weren't touring, we have these songs that we were working on — that we think are pretty cool — and why don't we just do our own imprint and kind of reclaim our future, in a way? We own the future more than we ever have."
New song 'Motherf**ker', which Faith No More performed at Black Sabbath Time in Hyde Park earlier this year, will be released as the album's first single on November 28th 2014 for Record Store Day's 'Black Friday'.
