Extreme Live Album Details Released

Details of the brand new live album and DVD by US rockers Extreme have been announced.

Take Us Alive was first mooted at the back end of 2009, but now it has a firm release date.

Released on 23 April, Take Us Alive was recorded at the House of Blues on August 8, 2009 in the band's hometown of Boston and features tracks taken from their five studio albums.

"We wanted to do something really special for our hometown fans that were there for us since the beginning... the club days," states Nuno. "It was the last night of the tour and we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than by bringing it back to where it all started... Boston."
