Elles Bailey announced as headliner for Winter's End 2023

Smoky-voiced blues singer and Planet Rock presenter Elles Bailey is joining the lineup for Planet Rock presents Winter's End 2023.

Bailey will be headlining the night of Friday 3rd February 2023 at the event, bringing her singalong Planet Rock-playlisted anthems such as 'The Game' and 'Sunshine City' to South Wales.

Where and when is Winter's End 2023?

Winter's End 2023 takes place at Trecco Bay Holiday Park in Porthcawl, near Bridgend in South Wales. It's the same location as our long-running Planet Rockstock festival, now with a new and refurbished venue!

Winter's End 2023 runs from Friday 3rd February - Sunday 5th February 2023. As with Planet Rockstock, there are both weekend accommodation and weekend non-accommodation tickets available, with individual day tickets going on sale at a later date. Weekend guests can check-in on Friday morning, and check out on the Monday - perfect for sleeping off the weekend's beers!

Fresh off the back of the release of her third album 'Shining In The Half Light’, Bailey continues to go from strength to strength, supporting the likes of the legendary Van Morrison, Don McLean and Walter Trout on their UK dates.

Taking place for the first time in of Trecco Bay, Porthcawl - the home of Planet Rockstock - this year's Winter's End sees a plethora of established and upcoming rock acts taking to the stage over the weekend.

Finnish purveyors of spectacular experimental rock Von Hertzen Brothers headline Saturday night and blues rock powerhouses Kris Barras Band round off proceedings on Sunday.

Also on the lineup are Kira Mac, Oli Brown & The Dead Collective, The Virginmarys, Connor Selby, Gypsy Pistoleros, Cardinal Black, Daxx & Roxane, Revival Black, Xander and the Peace Pirates, Troy Redfern, Beth Blade and The Beautiful Disasters, Last Flight To Pluto, Untamed Silence, The Forged Hearts, The Karma Effect, The Zac Schulze Gang, WYNT, and Silverkord.

What ticket options are available for Winter's End 2023?

Accommodation tickets - entry to all three days, plus stay in one of the homes on site.

Non-accommodation tickets - entry to all three days only.

There are two levels of accommodation tickets are available – Premium and Standard.

Everyone who buys an accommodation or weekend ticket (with no accommodation) will get a free Winter’s End 2023 T-shirt. This applies to the number of people on the booking – so a three-person unit will result in three free T-shirts.

The free T-shirt offer ends on Wednesday 31st August 2022.

Please note that unlike Planet Rockstock, there is only one stage at Winter’s End 2023. However, this is reflected in the cheaper ticket price.
