Download Festival to return to three days in 2024

Download Festival has announced it will return to its traditional format of three days in 2024.

This year’s 20th anniversary extravaganza saw the main arena open for four days for the first time in the Donington Park rock institution’s history.

In 2024, Download Festival will return to Donington from Friday 14th June to Sunday 16th June, with limited early bird tickets going on sale from 12 noon on Monday 12th June 2023.

Headlined by Metallica twice, Bring Me The Horizon and Slipknot, this weekend’s Download Festival welcomed a record breaking 100,000 attendees to the hallowed grounds of Donington Park becoming its most successful year ever.

Also the fastest selling Download in its 20-year history, 2023’s edition boasted performances from Alter Bridge, Halestorm, Ghost, The HU, Clutch, Mammoth WVH, Within Temptation, Evanescence, Skindred and many more.
