90,000 rock fans gathered at Donington Park last weekend for the iconic Download Festival.
The bill included a Saturday night headline performance from Iron Maiden, whose 'Maiden England' tour set was opened by a Spitfire circling Donington Park and marked 25 years since the band first headlined there.
Slipknot and Rammstein also headlined the Friday and Sunday nights respectively, with other performances across the weekend coming from the likes of Motörhead, Alice In Chains, Mastodon and more.
Planet Rock's Paul Anthony was on hand to interview some of the bands right as they came off stage, listen back to his Monday morning show to hear him speak to Black Stone Cherry, Uriah Heep, Europe and Black Star Riders!
