Doors Members Appear On Tribute Album
Robby Krieger and John Densmore guest on novel new Doors tribute record
Gibson reports that the two musicians are contributing to All Wood and Doors, an album that will include acoustic versions of some of The Doors' most famous songs.
The album is by acoustic players James Lee Stanley and Cliff Eberhardt, and other special guests include Peter Tork (The Monkees), Timothy B. Schmit (Eagles), Laurence Juber (Paul McCartney and Wings) and others.
"James Lee Stanley and Cliff Eberhardt are excellent pickers and what they did to our songs is unique and refreshing," Densmore said in a press release. "It was a pleasure to be part of the project."
