David Bowie Nominated For BRIT Awards
The Thin White Duke receives two nods.
As announced last night (9 January), David Bowie has been nominated for Best British Male Solo Artist and Best British Album for The Next Day.
Bowie previously won Best Male at The BRIT Awards in 1984, as well as receiving an “outstanding contribution” award in 1996.
Elsewhere, Kings of Leon are up for Best International Group along with Arcade Fire.
Arctic Monkeys have two nominations for Best British Group and Best Album.
The BRIT Awards 2014 take place on February 19 at The O2 in london.
