Dave Grohl breaks leg: continues gig!

Foos frontman fell off stage in Sweden

Further proof, if proof were needed, that Dave Grohl is some sort of superhuman rock god.

On stage in Gothenburg, Sweden, the Foo Fighters were mid way through their classic 'Monkey Wrench' when Grohl took a misstep and fell.

Whilst paramedics attended to him at the front of the stage, clutching the microphone on a stretcher he announced to the crowd "I think I just broke my leg... I think I REALLY broke my leg!"

He then went on to promise "The Foo Fighters are gonna come back and finish this show" before going backstage to receive further treatment.

Whilst he was off, Taylor Hawkins and the band performed a number of covers, before Grohl returned on crutches saying "I may not be able to walk or run, but I can still play guitar and scream" and also sang an acoustic version of 'My Hero' "...for all those nice people that took care of me tonight!"

There goes our hero; he's definitely not ordinary...
