Hawkwind mainstay Dave Brock spoke to Nicky Horne on the phone last night as the band launched their brand new album Blood Of The Earth.
Released yesterday, Blood Of The Earth is the band's first new studio album since 2005 and will be supported by an extensive UK tour later in the year.

Hawkwind play their semi-regular Hawkfest later in the summer on 27-29 August (TICKETS AVAILABLE HERE) and then they will be heading out on the road in the winter.
