Clapton, Quo, Queen, Collins To Play Princes Trust Show

A host of top artists are to play at the Royal Albert Hall on 17 November in aid of the Prince’s Trust.

Eric Clapton, Status Quo, Roger Taylor and Brian May and Phil Collins will play at the 2010 Rock Gala in a couple of weeks to help raise money for disadvantaged youths to help them in finding employment.

Brian May is an ambassador for the Trust. He said "Our last performance in 1988 at the Rock Gala had one aim: to raise money for youngsters struggling to find work after a recession. Unfortunately we find ourselves in the same situation twenty years on and I'm helping the best way I know how."

The show will be hosted by Rob Brydon and Dame Edna Everage.
