Chili Peppers US Tour Postponed

Anthony Kiedis has undergone surgery to fix a broken foot

Gibson reports that Kiedis has reportedly suffered ongoing problems with foot fractures dating back to the Chili Peppers’ 2006 Stadium Arcadium tour.

In August of 2011, he said, "I stayed out on tour with broken bones in my feet from jumping off the bass drum, which is kind of agonizing, and it led to me being in a bad state of mind.”

Kiedis recently underwent surgery to remove a crushed sesamoid bone and to correct a detached flexor tendon in his foot. And while the US dates in February and March have been pushed back he is expected to make a full recovery and none of the rest of the tour has been affected.
