Buffalo Springfield Announce First Tour In 42 Years
Reunited band to go on the road in North America
Undercover News reports that Buffalo Springfield, featuring the original band of Neil Young, Stephen Stills and Richie Furay, will reunite for their first American tour in four decades in June.
Neil’s bass player Rick Rosas will continue to fill in for the late Bruce Palmer and Crosby, Stills & Nash drummer Joe Vitale will fill in for the late Dewey Martin.
"It's hard to believe 42 years have passed since we played together as the Buffalo Springfield," says Richie Furay. "Over the years, music never stopped flowing from each of us, and it's come 'full circle,' if you will. And now, we get to share our hearts with you again—yes, Buffalo Springfield again!"
The band reunited last October for Neil Young's Bridge School Benefit show and they are due to play at Bonnaroo in June. But before that they play a handful of dates in California.
June 1 and 2, Oakland, CA, Fox Theater
June 4 and 5, Los Angeles, CA, Wiltern Theater
June 7 and 8, Santa Barbara, CA, Santa Barbara Bowl
June 11, Manchester, TN, Bonnaroo
