Bohemian Rhapsody Named Forces Favourite

Queen\'s 1975 classic is voted best song by the British Forces

NME reports that the came out on top of a poll carried out by forces radio station British Forces Broadcasting Service (BFBS) to find its listeners' top 500 tunes.

Snow Patrol's 'Chasing Cars' came second on the list, with Kings Of Leon, Robbie Williams and Bryan Adams featuring in the top 5.

Oasis featured nine times in the list - one more than The Beatles.

Commenting on the accolade, Queen drummer Roger Taylor told The Guardian: "It's fantastic ... it makes me feel very, very proud. I'd like to wish all the forces the very best – and especially to those who voted for 'Bohemian Rhapsody' – from the very bottom of our hearts."
