Blackberry Smoke have announced that they will release their fourth studio album next year.

The Brendan O'Brien produced 'Holding All The Roses' will be released on February 9th 2015 through Earache Records.

The record will be the follow-up to Blackberry Smoke's live album/DVD set, 'Leave A Scar; Live In North Carolina' and studio album 'The Whippoorwill', both of which were released in the UK this year.

Frontman Charlie Starr said of working with Brendan O'Brien on the album: "It was everything we'd hoped it'd be - and more. We'd wanted to make a record with Brendan since we started the band, simply because he made all our favourite records of the early to mid 90's, starting with the first two Black Crowes records, Four Horsemen, Raging Slab, Dan Baird... then into Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam, Aerosmith, AC/DC, Bruce Springsteen... It was fabulous and an honour to make music with him. I just think it's best record we've ever made."

'Holding All The Roses' is available to pre-order in an array of formats, including a special limited edition box set, at http://www.earache.com/bbs.
