Bill Wyman To Join Albert Lee Birthday Celebrations
The former Stones man joins the star-studded line-up.
Lee, who tours on a regular basis with Bill Wyman’s Rhythm Kings, said:
“I am delighted Bill is able to make it and to be able to welcome him to my show for a change!”
Joining them will be fellow Rhythm King members Terry Taylor and Graham Broad.
Albert Lee’s landmark 70th birthday is being marked with two special concerts at Cadogan Hall on March 1st and 2nd. Other artists taking part include: Joe Brown, Chas and Dave, Gary US Bonds, Gary Brooker, Marty Wilde, Bruce Welch, Chris Farlowe, Brian Bennett, Andy Fairweather Low and the Low Riders, Shakin’ Stevens, Ralph McTell, Dave Edmunds and The Robert Wells Trio.
