Big Country Return With UK Dates

Big Country are to reunite for the first time in three years for a handful of UK dates.

The band’s surviving three members (founder Stuart Adamson died in 2001) will reunite for the first time since their 2007 tour, which celebrated the 25th anniversary of the band’s formation. They have announced four UK dates for January which will see Mike Peters of The Alarm joining the band along with Jamie Watson.

Tickets for the shows go on sale on Friday at 9am. Here’s the dates:

Jan. 5: Newcastle O2 Academy
Jan. 6: London Islington O2 Academy
Jan. 7: Birmingham O2 Academy
Jan. 8: Liverpool O2 Academy
