Bernie Marsden and six more added to Planet Rock presents Winter’s End!

We’re very proud to announce the next wave of acts for our inaugural Winter’s End weekender.

Published 15th Dec 2016

Heading to Sandford Holiday Park in Dorset next February is our very special guest, blues rock hero Bernie Marsden.

A man who needs very little introduction, Bernie was a pivotal member of Whitesnake in their late seventies/early eighties heyday, co-penning some of their biggest anthems with David Coverdale - including ‘Fool For Your Loving’ and ‘Here I Go Again.’

Also part of Paice Ashton Lord in the seventies, Bernie has released a host of acclaimed solo albums and collaborated with countless rock legends like Cozy Powell, Ian Gillan, Jon Lord, Don Airey and Jack Bruce.

Also confirmed for Winter’s End are Milton Keynes blues rockers RavenEye, seventies infused power pop rockers Cats In Space and London purveyors of gloriously murky blues sounds Dirty Thrills.

Completing this batch of announcements are melodic rockers Vega, Carnforth’s prodigal sons Massive Wagons and the ridiculously talented blues rocker Chantel McGregor.

They all join the previously confirmed Winter’s End headliners The Answer, Toseland and Inglorious plus Stone Broken and special guests Gun and Dare.

Taking place at Sandford Holiday Park in Poole, Dorset on the weekend of Friday 24th to Sunday 26th February 2017, tickets to Winter’s End are on sale right now! Limited to 8 tickets per person, there are three levels of accommodation available – Gold, Silver and Bronze packages.
