According to the Winnipeg Free Press (via Spinner), the musicians spent four days in New Orleans on set of a film called Dog Fight, directed by Jay Roach ('Austin Powers') and starring Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis (from The Hangover) who play political rivals.

"It was really hard work, long days and about 200 people on set," the band's manager Gilles Paquin said. "But it's one of the biggest movies of the year and it's great positioning for the band."

The comedy will have the two lead actors portraying battling political candidates in North Carolina for a congressional seat. Bachman and Turner appear performing their classic 'Takin' Care of Business' as the winning candidate's victory tune. There's no confirmed release date but the film is expected to be out before the U.S. Presidential election vote in early November. Dan Aykroyd, John Lithgow and Dylan McDermott are also in the film.
