American Idol Fronting British Legends?
A runner up from the American Idol TV show is playing down reports that he’s been asked to front Queen
The Daily Star ran a story claiming that Adam Lambert was working with the band and that they'd be doing a headline set at this year's Sonisphere.
The singer has since posted a response on his Twitter page saying his quotes were taken out of context and that has was instead referring to previous performances he'd done with Brian May and Roger Taylor.
They'd performed together at American Idol final and also the MTV Awards last November.
However, Roger Taylor has stated in previous interviews that a collaboration is on the cards but the details haven't been finalised.
