Alice Cooper played a rare intimate show at London's 100 Club last night - and Planet Rock was there for every sweat-soaked minute.

The rock icon tore through an incredible set on one of the hottest nights of the year, giving the sold out 350 capacity crowd a chance to see the 'other side' of Alice Cooper. Minus his trademark heavy stage make-up, Alice chatted to the audience between songs and played several covers from the Rolling Stones, The Beatles and the Kinks as well as his own big hitters. Alice also gave a taster of from his new album , 'Welcome 2 My Nightmare' with the brand new track 'I'll Bite Your Face Off'.

The real surprise however, came when film star Johnny Depp joined Alice onstage. Playing guitar on 'I'm Eighteen' and 'School's Out', he revealed not only his collection of tattoos and musical talent but also an impressive knowledge of Alice's back catalogue.
