Alice Cooper Delays New Album For Tour
Welcome 2 My Nightmare will be with us in the Autumn
Alice will be out on the road for the rest of the spring and summer, and although the new album is pretty much "done" (as Alice revealed in his show a couple of weeks ago), we will have to wait until later in the year.
"Well, we have a whole big tour of big outdoor festival shows coming up and I didn’t want to get that confused with that album," Cooper explained at the press conference for the Revolver Golden Gods awards. "So even though the album’s in the can right now ready to go, Bob’s got to mix it and everything like that. I don’t really want it to come out until probably next fall and then we’ll be able to do the brand-new show with it."
Alice has one UK show currently lined up for this year, at Download Festival on 10-12 June.
