AC/DC Live Album On The Way
Brian Johnson lets slip that we may see a new live record this year
AC/DC appear to be planning a new live album, according to Brian Johnson.
In an interview with the BBC Brian Johnson revealed that the band had some plans to release a live album recorded on their Black Ice tour.
The frontman revealed that they will "probably bring a live album out” at some point this year, and there is some subsequent speculation that the band will also release a live DVD at the same time or as part of the same package.
It was widely publicised that the band filmed two shows in Buenos Aeries last December, with a little bit of the footage appearing in the video for their Iron Man 2 promo clip for ‘Shoot To Thrill.’
If the band do release a live album it will be their first standalone live record since they released Live in 1992.
More info on this one as and when we get it.
