AC/DC Drummer Conviction Overturned

Rudd was found guilty last December of being in possession of 27 grams of marijuana. He was fined $190 plus $101 in court costs.

The real damaging aspect of the conviction, though, would have been that he would not have been able to tour in several countries (the US and UK included) with a drugs related criminal record.

However, Rudd has successfully argued that the conviction would affect his working life with AC/DC and has had it overturned.

AC/DC meanwhile, have released another brand new clip from their forthcoming live DVD, Live At River Plate, which is released on 9 May.
