Yellow wind warning in force across Cornwall
The Met Office warning is in place until 6.00pm on Wednesday
People across most parts of Cornwall are being warned of strong winds today.
The Met Office have issued a yellow weather warning for "unseasonably windy weather" between 4.00pm and 6.00pm today (Wednesday 2 August).
They say it could lead to some disruption to travel and outdoor activities.
Flood alerts have also been issued for parts of the north Cornwall coast.
It means flooding is possible from The Rumps to Hartland Point; Chapel Port to The Rumps; and Lands End to Chapel Porth.
The Kernow Weather Team (KWT) have issued advice for campers and those with garden furnishing: "It would be wise to double peg and tie down all tents, put away any camping gear or garden equipment that isn't needed and if possible, park your car as close to your tent as you can.
"If in a caravan, put away anything that's outside, ensure any gazebos marquees or awnings are fully tied down or removed.
"For the children, outdoor toys, anything that may get picked up, or scattered around, it would be a good idea to bring inside, for now, especially if you are camping, or on high grounds or in an exposed location.
"Most decent tents are able to withstand wind speeds of up to 50mph, but anything higher than that isn't always advised."
