A walk-in vaccination clinic is taking place
A pharmacist in Truro is going 'bar hopping' in a bid to try and get people to have their Covid jabs.
Chris Naidu from Reeds Pharmacy is visiting pubs, bars and shops to encourage workers to protect themselves against coronavirus by popping along to his walk-in vaccination clinic.
The pharmacy at The Globe, Frances Street, is running a walk-in clinic from 9am to 4pm until Sunday 4th July.
Cases of Covid-19 are rising across Cornwall, but getting vaccinated is one of the ways people can keep themselves and others safe.
Anyone who’s older than 18 and has not yet been vaccinated can get a dose of Pfizer or AstraZeneca at the pharmacy next to the Wig and Pen pub.
And if you're older than 40 and already had your first dose, you can bring forward your second from 12 weeks to 8, weeks.
You don’t need to book an appointment – just turn up and get vaccinated.

“Cases of COVID are increasing in Cornwall, and on Friday you can protect yourself at our pop-up clinic at Reed Pharmacy in Truro. You don’t have to book, just turn up and get your jab.
