Teenage girl arrested on suspicion of arson following fire in Helston
Police say no one was injured when it broke out over the weekend
A teenage girl has been arrested on suspicion of arson following a fire in Helston.
No one was injured after the blaze broke out on Clodgey Lane on Sunday afternoon.
Police say the girl has since been released under investigation and anyone who saw what happened is asked to contact officers.
A Devon & Cornwall Police spokesperson said: "The fire service informed the police of a fire in Clodgey Lane, Helston at around 4pm on Sunday 10th April.
"There were no reports of any injuries.
"A teenage girl from the Helston area was arrested on suspicion of arson and has been released under investigation, pending further enquiries."
