Police confirm searches are still underway for two missing divers in Cornwall

Police have confirmed that they are still carrying out searches for two missing divers who failed to resurface in Cornwall.
The two men had been part of a planned dive at the shipwreck of the HMS Scylla off the coast at Whitsand Bay.
A third diver managed to get to safety and raise the alarm on Friday evening. He was treated for decompression in Plymouth.
Police divers have now been drafted in as part of the investigation along with the Maritime and Coastguard Agency.
They are still urging people not to visit the area or attempt to dive on the site.
As of Monday afternoon, searches are still being carried out.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Police are working with the MCA and partners in response to two divers reported as missing on the evening of Friday 3 September.
"The two male divers were part of a planned dive at the HMS Scylla site and failed to return to the surface.
"Police are now assisting in the search for the missing people and divers have been tasked to the scene as part of the investigation.
"The divers' next-of-kin have been informed.
"Both the Police and the MCA request that no one plans to visit the area or attempt to dive on the site."
