CCTV released after man is attacked at Redruth railway station

British Transport Police have released CCTV of two men they want to speak to following a robbery a Redruth railway station.

They say the victim was approached by two men at night before one of them started an argument.

The victim walked away and was attacked by one of the men before the second approached and joined in.

The incident happened back in February but officers have only now released the details and the images.

After running away the victim discovered his phone was missing.

Anyone who recognises the men in the CCTV images is asked to contact officers.

"Officers investigating a robbery at Redruth railway station, Cornwall, are today releasing images in connection.

"At 11.20pm on Tuesday 23rd February, the victim was approached by two men before one of the men started arguing with the victim.

"The victim then walked and was followed by the man, who attacked him. The second man then approached and joined in.

"After running away and out of the station, the victim discovered his phone was missing."
