Newquay beach rape case dropped
A 38 year old man was charged, but will now be released from police custody
A man charged with the rape of a woman on a Newquay beach earlier this year has had the case against him dropped.
Ghenadie Babii from Narrowcliff had no evidence held against him after appearing at Truro Crown Court this morning.
The 38 year old will now be released from police custody.
The incident was reported to have happened on Towan Beach on March the 12th.
