Police have confirmed a missing woman from south east Cornwall has been found.
Margaret Garvin was last seen in the Liskeard/Callington area in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Officers had issued an urgent appeal to trace the 79-year-old, amid growing concerns for her welfare.
However on Friday morning, Devon & Cornwall Police confirmed she had been located.
They said: "Margaret Garvin, 79, who had been reported missing from the Liskeard/Callington area yesterday (7th April] has been found safe by police.
"We would like to thank members of the public for their help".
