Two men jailed after police bust drug dealing 'Ghost Line' in Cornwall

Two men from Birmingham have been sentenced for County Lines drug supply in St Austell.
Tanveer Azam and Mohammed Usman, both 27, were stopped in a black Seat Leon on Slades road in January 2020.
Posting on Facebook, police in the town said the pair were arrested after a brief foot pursuit.
Following a search, officers found Class As, knives and mobile phones linked to a 'Ghost Line' from Birmingham.
The pair were sentenced at Truro Crown Court on Tuesday 21st June, to serve a combined total of eight and a half years.
Azam was sentenced to serve three and a half years for drug supply, while Usman was given a five year sentence for drug supply and possessing a bladed article.
A police spokesperson said: "County Lines drug dealing has a detrimental impact on our communities, particularly those most vulnerable and will not be tolerated.
"We will work with partner agencies and other forces to share information and we will pursue those who think they can commit crime here.
"Information reported by the public can help protect our local communities and we encourage anyone who sees anything suspicious to report it to us".
