Man charged following search for Devon child who was missing for 10 days
34-year-old Billy Peach from Bideford is accused of knowingly assisting a child to run/stay away

A man has been charged with knowingly assisting a child to run/stay away after a child from Devon was missing for 10 days.
The child, who was reported missing from Newton Abbot on 20th December, was found safe and well in Lincolnshire on Thursday.
Devon and Cornwall Police said the youngster was being supported by specialist officers and child services.
The force has since confirmed 34-year-old Billy Peach from Bideford has also been charged with breaching court bail.
He is is due to appear before Exeter Magistrates' Court on New Year's Day.
In a brief statement on New Year's Eve, Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Billy Peach, aged 34, from Bideford has been charged with breach of court bail and knowingly assisting a child to run/stay away.
"He is due to appear at Exeter Magistrates’ Court on Saturday 1st January 2022".
