Investigation starts into cause of fatal house fire in Redruth
A man in his 70s died after being taken to hospital on Tuesday morning

An investigation has been carried out to establish the cause of a house fire in Redruth, which claimed an elderly man's life.
The casualty in his 70s was rushed to hospital after the blaze on Green Lane, but later died.
Another man, who is in his 80s, was also injured and taken to hospital, but his condition is not believed to be serious.
The fire broke out in a two-storey detached property on Tuesday morning (3rd May).
Police and crews from Cornwall Fire and Rescue remained at the scene for most of the day.
Officers have now confirmed that they do not currently believe the fire was suspicious.
A spokesperson for Devon & Cornwall Police said: "Emergency services were called at 8.45am today to reports of a fire at a property in Green Lane, Redruth.
"A man in his 70s was taken to hospital where he later died. His next of kin have been informed.
"A man in his 80s was also taken to hospital where he remains. He is not believed to have sustained any serious injuries.
"Enquiries remain ongoing to establish the cause of the fire".
Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service confirmed teams from Tolvaddon reached the scene within seven minutes, before back-up was called in from Truro and Penzance.
They said: "Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus, used three hosereels, three safety jets and thermal imaging cameras to extinguish the fire, located on the first floor.
"Two people were rescued by firefighters and were left in care of ambulance crews".
They later said: "The fire was extinguished by 0925hrs and specialist officers are conducting an investigation into the cause of the fire".
