Dog dies after fire at fish and chip shop in Porthleven
Firefighters, police, ambulance crews and Western Power were all called to the scene

Firefighters from six towns across west Cornwall have been battling a fire in a fish and chip shop in Porthleven.
They got the shout to Fore Street at around 12.45pm on Wednesday lunchtime and used hose reels and a jet to tackle the flames.
Crews from Helston, Tolvaddon, St Ives, Falmouth, Penzance and St Just were all on the scene, along with police, paramedics and Western Power.
It has now been confirmed that the blaze is out.
Sadly a dog was found dead in the property.
"Critical Control received several repeat calls to a fire in a fish and chip shop.
"There are currently appliances in attendance from Helston, Tolvaddon, St Ives, Falmouth, Penzance and St Just also two flexi duty officers.
"The crews are using 4 breathing apparatus, 2 hosereels and 1 jet to extinguish the fire.
"Police, Ambulance and Western Power are also in attendance."
Update at 3.50pm: "The fire has now been extinguished, all appliances have left the the scene and a fire investigation is being carried out. Sadly, a dog was found deceased within the property."
