Fatalities confirmed after serious multi-vehicle crash on A30 in Cornwall
Road closures remain in force between Carland Cross and Chiverton Cross

Police have confirmed a serious crash that closed a stretch of Cornwall's A30 overnight was fatal.
Four vehicles were involved in Monday evening's collision in the Zelah area, including a lorry.
Officers have released a statement to say the occupants of one of the cars have died.
A stretch of the road between Carland and Chiverton Cross was shut through the night.
National Highways South West said closures are likely to remain in force over rush-hour on Tuesday morning.
Officials say that is to allow for investigation work and the removal of debris and diversions are in place.
The road has now reopened, 19 hours after the crash occurred.
Devon and Cornwall Police have confirmed two people have died - a man and a woman from the same car.
Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Police were called at around 6.25pm on Monday 28th March to reports of a four-vehicle road traffic collision occurred involving a Citroen Picasso, a Skoda Octavia, a Large Goods Vehicle and a Vauxhall Zafira.
"The collision occurred on the A30 between Carland Cross and Chiverton Cross in the area of Zelah.
"As a result of the collision, a man and a woman, the occupants of the Citroen, suffered fatal injuries and were pronounced deceased at the scene. Their next of kin have been informed.
"All other parties involved in the collision sustained minor injuries.
"Local officers as well as Officers from the Alliance Roads Policing Team attended the scene.
"Anyone who witnessed the collision or has information regarding it, including any dashcam footage, are asked to contact police on 101 quoting log number 0605 28 March 2022".
Diversion Routes
Diversions are in place between Chiverton and Zelah and Summercourt and Chiverton Cross.
Eastbound:
• Leave the A30 eastbound at Chiverton Cross and join the A3075.
• Follow the A3075 towards Goonhavern and its junction with the B3285.
• At the A3075/B3285 junction , turn right and join the B3285.
• Follow the B3285 towards Zelah Hill.
• At the B3285/A30 junction , turn left and re-join the A30 eastbound.
Westbound:
• Leave the A30 westbound at Summer court and join the A3058.
• Follow the A3058 to Quintrill Downs/A392 junction.
• At the A3058/A392 junction , turn left onto the A392.
• Follow the A392 until its junction with the A3075.
• Turn left onto the A3075 and follow until its junction with the A30 at Chiverton Cross.
• At the A3075/A30 roundabout, take the third exit and rejoin the A30 westbound.
