Emergency services at 'incident' in Looe following concerns for woman in water

Emergency services have been called to an 'incident' in Looe amid concerns for a woman who had been in the water.
A medical helicopter, HM Coastguard crews, police and paramedics all got the shout to the Wallace Beach area just after 9am on Friday morning (22nd October).
It has been confirmed that she has now been taken to hospital by the air ambulance.
A spokesperson for the Maritime and Coastguard Agency said: “HM Coastguard is currently assisting with an ongoing incident. A coastguard rescue team from Looe and a medical helicopter have been sent.”
"Devon and Cornwall Police and South Western Ambulance Service are also at the scene".
Devon and Cornwall Police added: "Police were called by ambulance at 9.15am today to Wallace Beach, Looe, following reports of concern for a woman who had been in the water.
"She has been taken to hospital by air ambulance".
