The iconic cottage used as Doc Martin's surgery and home has gone up for sale in Cornwall.
Fern Cottage overlooks the Port Isaac harbour and has been listed on the market for £1.25 million, through John Bray Estates.
The Grade II listed stone property is currently a holiday let when it is not being used for filming.
In the hit ITV series, the village is renamed Portwenn in the series and Martin Clunes plays Portwenn's local GP, Martin Ellingham, who was once a successful London surgeon until he developed a phobia of blood that prevented him from conducting operations.
The property has come onto the market just before the final season of Doc Martin is released. The popular series, which has been running for nearly 20 years, is filmed on location in and around the village of Port Isaac.
Filming for the 10th and final series began in February and the final eight episodes and a Christmas special will air on ITV later this year.
Clunes, 60, said: “I have loved going to Cornwall to make Doc Martin over the last 18 years, and I have looked forward to returning to this beautiful county this year for the tenth and final series.
“The people of Cornwall, and Port Isaac in particular, have always been so helpful to us when we are making the series.
“We have some great storylines for the new series, and for the Christmas special, which I hope Doc Martin fans will love.
“I shall miss Cornwall, and all the lovely people we have worked with. But it is the right time to say farewell to the Doc, and Portwenn.”
The iconic doctor’s surgery is familiar to millions of Doc Martin fans around the world.
Fern Cottage is a classic fisherman’s stone cottage with two bedrooms and glorious sea views from all the principal rooms. A slate terrace and a tiered garden to the rear both look down to the village, the picturesque harbour and out to sea.
Josephine Ashby, from John Bray Estates, said: "There are so few properties that come onto the market directly facing Port Isaac's historic harbour, especially one with such TV sparkle.
"It is also beautifully presented, and comes with a strong letting income, along with parking and a good-sized garden."
Port Isaac is best known for its narrow, winding streets, lined with white-washed cottages and traditional granite, slate-fronted Cornish houses, many of which are listed as having architectural or historic importance.
Right up until the middle of the 19th Century, Port Isaac was a busy port handling various imports and exports, including coal, timber, pottery and Delabole slate.
After the advent of the railways, it became principally a fishing port, and unsurprisingly, the village is now known for its seafood, with renowned chef Nathan Outlaw owning two restaurants here; Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen by the harbour and the two Michelin star Restaurant Nathan Outlaw at the top, both serving responsibly sourced locally landed seafood.
