The pub in Cornwall that is having to follow Tier 2 restrictions
The Arscott Arms is located near Launceston, and only about a mile away from Devon

A pub in Cornwall has been told it must follow Tier 2 restrictions, although it is located in the Duchy.
The Arscott Arms, in Chapman's Well, near Launceston, is situated about a mile away from the Devon border.
When the tiered coronavirus restrictions were announced, landlady Narty Glenister checked their postcode on the Government website.
But despite having a Cornish address, it said the pub was under Tier 2 restrictions.
"We are literally about a mile away from the border, we've got a Cornish address and postcode, but when we put the postcode into the government website it said that we are in Tier 2, so we're classed as Devon.
"We were really confused to begin with, because we were like 'yes that's alright we're in Tier 1', but later in the afternoon we found out we were in Tier 2, so it was a bit disappointing."

It means any punters will have to order a substantial meal if they want to visit the pub, whereas in Tier 1 customers would be able to just order drinks.
"People can't mingle if they see someone who they know, they've got to stay at their table, with all the rules that are in place it does take that buzz that you usually have in a pub away, which is sad.
"We are very food orientated here so we are lucky, most of the customers that we get in here come in here for food and a drink anyway, so it hasn't really changed much for us.
"Obviously there is the bubble thing which is a bit of a pain, but apart from that it's not looking too bad for us at the moment."
