The owner of a Cornish tourist attraction wants bleed control kits to become as widespread as defibrillators.

Nick Reynolds, who runs Paradise Park, helped get the first three installed in Cornwall - the most recent at Hayle Youth Project last week

The kits have supplies inside to help someone who's dealing with life-threatening bleeding until emergency services arrive.

Nick tells us he wants to see them all over the duchy, "I know from my experiences that they are a lifesaver, and I would like to think there would be more of them popping up all over the place."

He says he wants to see them in the same places as defibrillators, and also registered on The Circuit, the national defibrillator network that lets the NHS know where defibrillators are and if they're working.

"It's not all to do with sad, bad news stories to do with stabbings - my friend had an accident in the home, and that could happen anywhere - but also industrial areas and factory sites are really important to have them"
