That amber alert for cold weather in Cornwall has been extended AGAIN.
It means there is a 95% chance of freezing conditions until midnight on Saturday 13th February.
The Met Office has issued a second snow and ice warning that kicks in at 9am on Thursday 11th February.
The Duchy has already seen light dustings on Tuesday, in places like St Just and Camborne.
There were further flurries in places like Summercourt and St Austell on Thursday morning too.
Cornwall's not experiencing the worst of the freezing weather though.
Storm Darcy has seen what is thought to be the UK's lowest temperature for 25 years.
-22.9 was recorded in the Scottish Highlands on Wednesday night!
What does the cold weather alert say?
"There is a 95% probability of severe cold weather/icy conditions/heavy snow between 0900 on Wednesday 10 Feb and 0000 on Saturday 13 Feb in parts of England.
"This weather could increase the health risks to vulnerable patients and disrupt the delivery of services.
"Please refer to the national Cold Weather Plan and your Trust's emergency plan for appropriate preventive action.
"This updates and extends the alert issued 08:43hrs, Monday 8 Feb.
"The very cold spell continues, with temperatures struggling to get above freezing by day and falling markedly overnight.
"Snow showers across northern and eastern England on Wednesday are expected to become confined to north-east England on Thursday and Friday.
"Also on Thursday and Friday occasional outbreaks of snow, mostly light, are likely to spread into south-west England, but this is likely to fall as rain across the far south-west of Cornwall.
"Icy stretches are possible overnight where surfaces are left wet from the partial melt of lying snow during the daytime".
