In celebration of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee this weekend, Royal fever is rife right now, so baby and nursery retailer Kiddies Kingdom have conducted research and revealed the most popular baby names associated with the Royal family.
Of course, the Royal Family, especially members such as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, and Prince William and Kate Middleton, have inspired a number of baby names in recent years, such as Charlotte and Archie.
Kiddies Kingdom have analysed names of Royal family members dating back to King George V, against data from the Office of National Statistics. They then found the average popularity ranking between 1996-2020 of each Royal name, before ranking them by order of popularity.
