Facebook friend confuses a baby scan for a lasagna - awkward!
It looked crispy!
When a proud mother-to-be changed her Facebook profile pic to a photo of her baby scan she didn't expect her friend to comment on the photo saying, "That lasagna looks crisp".
Just four minutes after her friend posted that comment the unnamed mother-to-be responded with, "Thats my daughter". sic
Awkward!
While the blurry orangey photo that the user uploaded is hard to see, we're not sure it really looks like the popular Italian dish. It is in fact a 3D ultrasound of the foetus.
This unfortunate exchange between Facebook friends came to light when Twitter user 'connor' (@whomshe) posted a photo of the comments with the caption "FACEBOOK IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE".
Connor's tweet has since been retweeted nearly 89,000 times and liked over 177,000 times in just two days.
