The Duke of Sussex and Baroness Doreen Lawrence can continue their unlawful information gathering claims against Associated Newspapers, the publisher of the Daily Mail, a High Court judge has ruled.

Prince Harry and Barones Lawrence are in a legal battle against the Daily Mail's publisher, accusing them of using illegal methods like placing listening devices in cars and accessing private information.

The publisher denies this and asked the judge to dismiss the case without a trial, saying it's been brought too late.

Harry unexpectedly showed up at the court during the hearing.

Lawyers argued whether the claims were brought in time, with the individuals saying they didn't know they were targeted and believed denials from the publisher about unlawful activity.
