Rugby legend Kevin Sinfield kicked off his 7 in 7 in 7 challenge on the first of December, starting from Headingley Stadium, the home of Leeds Rhino's where he played alongside Rob Burrow MBE.

Day 2 of 7 saw Kevin running in Cardiff

Day three took Kevin and the team across to the midlands and he completed his next ultra-marathon in Birmingham. The next two days saw Sinfield visiting two of the UK and Ireland's Capital cities going to Edinburgh on day Four and Dublin on Day Five.

Yesterday evening on day 6, Kevin visited the UK's southern coastline when he completed the next run in Brighton.

Today he's in England's capital London where he'll finish his seventh and final ultra-marathon infront of Buckingham Palace on The Mall.

What's he doing it for?

Three years ago this month, Kevin Sinfield's dear friend Rob Burrow was diagnosed with motor neurone disease. Since Burrow's diagnosis, Sinfield had undertaken three gruelling challenges, raising millions for the MND community, supporting research charities and The Rob Burrow Centre for Motor Neurone Disease in Leeds.

The 7 in 7 in 7 Challenge combined elements from the previous challenges, involving Sinfield and his team running an ultra marathon every day for seven days in seven cities across Great Britain and Ireland.

Each marathon included an extra mile, symbolizing the additional effort people can make to support friends in tough times.

Invited guests joined Sinfield for one mile each day, aiming to complete each run in under four hours.

The challenge, starting from Headingley Stadium and is set to conclude on the Mall in London later this afternoon.
