Fire crews rushed out to blaze at Triangle West in Clifton

Avon Fire and Rescue have confirmed crews from 'across the service area' are at the scene this evening (4 December)

Fire crews have been rushed out this evening to Triangle West in Clifton after a major blaze.

Avon Fire and Rescue have confirmed 14 engines are currently at the scene, with police and the ambulance also called out.

Locals are urged to avoid the area, with people on social media saying the fire opposite the Mbargo nightclub is 'blazing'.

On social media, Avon Fire and Rescue said: "INCIDENT: We’re currently in attendance at a fire at Triangle West in Clifton. We currently have 14 fire engines on the scene of the incident.

"Please avoid the area where possible as our crews work to manage the incident. Police and ambulance colleagues are also in attendance."
