The new league season kicks off this weekend and we’re getting ready to do it in style.
Every Saturday afternoon on Northsound 1, you’ll be able to listen to the Big Saturday Football Show with Steven Mill and Ewen Cameron.
The team are no stranger to talking football on Northsound 1 after hosting our special Big SCOTLAND Football Shows for the Euros.

Away from football, Steven hosts afternoons alongside Garry Spence and Ewen is up for Breakfast over on Northsound 2. He’s such a workaholic he’s even on every Sunday with Cat!
Keeping Steven and Ewen check every week will be Dons daft, Ally Begg and former Don, Steve Cowan.
Ally Begg is Dons daft, a life-long fan. He grew up in Newburgh and trained with Aberdeen, Blackpool and Burnley before moving off the park and into the media, talking about the game!
Ally has since forged a career in sports broadcasting including hosting with Manchester United TV, Sky Sports News, Sky News, Setanta Sports, ESPN & beIN Sports, where he most recently produced the network’s Premier League and Champions League coverage.
Ally will be watching the big Saturday Dons games through his red-tinted glasses and making sure that if it matters to Aberdeen then you’ll know about it on the show.
Steve Cowan began his career with St Mirren, but followed Alex Ferguson to Aberdeen and enjoyed six seasons with the Dons, enjoying 55 appearances and scoring 11 times in red.
Steve will spend the season heading out to the grounds across Scotland to report back from featured game of the week.
The Big Saturday Football Show kicks off this Saturday, July 31st at 2pm.
