The Steelmen have lost 5-0 and 2-0 at Parkhead this season, the first defeat in the Betfred Cup, the second in the Premiership.
However, 32-year-old keeper Samson insists Fir Park can give Mark McGhee's side an edge as they look to become the first Scottish team to beat the league leaders and Betfred Cup winners this season.
He said: "We have played Celtic twice this season and they have both been at Parkhead.
"We have got to take our home form into it and hopefully get something out of the game here.
"You just want to play in front of your home fans, it is not Celtic Park being more daunting.
"At Celtic there is 60,000 fans there that want you to get beat whereas here it is a lot different.
"We have our fans there, wanting us to win. There is not as much noise from them and it does make a difference.
"Everybody would rather play at home than play away from home. It is your own surroundings, some of them won't have played here before.
"That is something we can hopefully take advantage of and get a result."
Samson has been impressed by the champions since Brendan Rodgers took over in the summer, reiterating that they are "probably the best Celtic team I have played against".
The Hoops are eight points clear at the top of the table and travel to Lanarkshire fresh from their convincing 3-0 win over Aberdeen in last week's Betfred Cup final.
However, the former Kilmarnock, St Mirren and Ayr United keeper believes Celtic are beatable.
"Celtic have been brilliant this year, there is no doubt about that," added Samson.
"They are eight points clear with three games in hand so it shows you how strong they have been and that is both defensively and in attack.
"Their manager has come in and been a breath of fresh air for Celtic and the league.
"I think they have been a totally different side under the manager. I think everyone can see that.
"They are playing a different style of play, they are in a great position, they have won a cup but we have to go this weekend and try to put a dampener on their celebrations and try to get a result and that is something we believe we can do.
"Every team is beatable. We can beat Celtic, we don't doubt that we can do that but we need to be at our best and hope they have a slight off-day but if we are at our best we can get something from the game and we believe we will."
